We are a company based on 11 years of experience. We design and manufacture modular houses. Projects include not only summer houses, but also year-round ones. Our houses do not require a building permit because they have an area of up to 35 m2 and are not permanently attached to the ground. The construction of the houses is CE and DIBt marked. At the same time, we are responsible for connecting the sanitary and electrical installations. We deal with the overall finishing of the interior and all rooms. You can decide for yourself how the project should look like.

We offer ready-made house designs and individual orders

Our offer includes not only ready-made projects. We also have those that we create especially for the individual needs of our clients. Each house is functionally and visually adapted, depending on the requirements.
Our designers adjust the design to the number of rooms and the possibility of layout. When designing, we also take into account the possibility of expanding the house in the future. It is possible to connect several modules together.

The house design is based on a passive house structure

The technology that we use when building wall, floor and roof structures meets all European construction standards. The IKAHOME technology provides adequate acoustic and thermal insulation. It also ensures optimal indoor temperature all year round and low maintenance costs. Insulating materials are made of mineral wool, which guarantees high air quality. At your request, we also install infrared, gas, floor heating or radiators. Ecological materials are used to build the houses.

Completion of the design and construction in a month

The houses are built in one part – a ready element for foundation comes to you. Their assembly is much shorter than in the case of traditional construction, and the construction itself is less invasive. We will connect all media for you within a few hours. Thanks to the modular technology, we can add another part to it at any time. We purposefully took care of mobility. If necessary, the house can be transported to another place, even to the other end of Poland. We have specialized equipment during transport.

We will design and take care of the finishing works of the house

You don’t have to deal with finding subcontractors. Our company will design the interior of the cottage and take care of the finishing works. Our designers will plan the space according to your requirements. They will equip all rooms: kitchen, room, bathroom. They will try not only for furniture, but also for specific household appliances / electronics. The house will be finished according to your expectations. Our company uses thoughtful solutions, because we especially care about comfort and safety. Our clients appreciate the cooperation with us, emphasizing that our company took care of the entire order. Of course, the final decision regarding the finishing of the house is yours. We only advise and allow ourselves a slight suggestion.

Technology

Modern and mobile solution that fulfills its function all year round

The solid structure has the CE and DIBt marking, as well as the design of the structure, electrical and sanitary installations. You will place our houses on your plot without a building permit (according to Polish law, it is enough to apply for the foundation of a house with an area of less than 35m²).

IKADOM offers closed profile structures welded with the MAG135 method. What distinguishes them is a high degree of strength, durability and stiffness. However, this does not contribute to the high weight of the structure – on the contrary, they are light and CE certified according to EN1090. What’s more – the structures offered by IKADOM are properly protected against corrosion. For convenience, the transport hooks located at the roof structure can be easily removed. We also provide full drawing documentation needed when reporting an object to the office.
