Can I put a house on my holiday plot ?
You will find the answer in article 29, point 2A of the Building Law. This regulation makes it possible to erect an individual recreation building, one-story and intended for periodic rest. Most importantly, the houses must not exceed 35 m2, and only one such building can stand on a 500 m2 plot. The total height allowed by the regulations is 4m. Of course, before building a detached house without a permit, you still have to go to the city office to report the construction.
